Choosing to have your life documented whether it be your wedding day, your family life at home or a new addition to your family it is a really special time and choosing the right photographer for you is also important. One of the most important things about making photographs is about the connection between the photographer and the person being photographed.
When you feel comfortable with the person you choose then it makes the photographing part much simpler. Most people who initially come to me tell me they don’t like to have their photograph taken and this is why they come to me.
This experience is about much more than making pictures it’s about how you are made to feel. I want to capture you in your happy place, just simply being yourself is all that is needed. I specialise in Documentary Photography which means that most of my work is undirected which means I don’t ask you to pose, I will only give gentle direction for certain shots. Most of the time I am just documenting your story as it happens.
I really like to get to know you and find out what is important to you. I love to hear about your family and listen to the stories you have to tell. I will get to know you on a personal level, I want to know what makes you happy, what fills you to the brim and makes you smile.
I create a full bespoke experience and am able to give you great advice on how you can display your images. I believe having beautiful images in your hands to hold and images on your walls to walk by each day remind each and every one of us what is important.
I offer both digital and product. Fine art framing and printing, bespoke albums beautifully designed, bespoke wall pieces for your home to suit a space.
I can arrange a free pre-consultation to get to know each other better and to see if we are a good fit to work together we can meet in person if local or we can alternatively use phone and Skype.
